We are writing to invite you to the second annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Education Forum on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 9:30am-12:00pm in the Lundgren Room (Life Sciences Complex 106).

The goal of this event is to bring together people from across campus who share an interest in either pursuing STEM Education research (including both Discipline-Based Education Research and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) or using research-informed practices in their teaching of STEM courses. The in-person event will include multiple STEM Ed presentations from speakers across campus (9:30-10:45am)—along with a reception (10:45am-12:00pm)—and will be open to everyone (faculty, staff, students). We will send out a finalized schedule to registered participants at a later date. We welcome anyone who has engaged with or has an interest in STEM Education research to attend, learn about STEM Ed research being conducted here at SU, and chat with researchers and instructors across campus about STEM Education!
